All the D’Orsogna Dolciaria
products, from the classical
cereals to the meringues,
from the “torroncino/nougat”
granules, to the very little
meringue granules from
0,8 mm, can be coated to
protect them from humidity
and save the crunchiness and
the structure of the inner part.
D’Orsogna Dolciaria produces
white hazelnut chocolate,
and also coat products with
pure milk, white or dark
chocolates or compounds of
different flavour such as fruits,
caramel, coffee coloured and
flavoured. Another type of
coating is obtained through
a very light fat layer which
protect the core from humidity,
using cocoa butter, palm fat
coconut fats oil, (of course
all refined products and not
hydrogenated).
