In the view of a continuous evolution, the D’Orsogna Dolciaria has developed a System of Company Integrated management of Quality and Environment which permits to have an always more precise control on all the activities of the Company and to focalise on the continuous improvement with a major completeness.
Since the Nineties the Company starter the Policy of GMO Free status controlling all its suppliers ingredients and invested in research and technology as shown by the International patent for the Cocoa Meringue, the “total production maintenance program” (TPM) developed with an important customer and the 6 lines of production, divided in under units independent for the productions of products potentially allergens with ingredients dried fruits or “Kosher” productions.
The products development as so as the guarantee of their quality level is planned in relation of the analysis of what happened in the previous years, considering the productive possibilities of the plants, relating to the real Customers expectances, of the new competences settled in the internal part of the Company Organisation. With a different settlement of the personnel we apply a constant check of the Customers requests to obtain, respect to what is planned , a fast and precise dealing and carrying out.
The environmental planning , through the identification of the applicable aspects and what of them ha san significant impact, the respect of the environmental prescriptions applicable and the issue of the relative objectives, permit us to follow up in a clear way and well defined the settlement towards the environmental improvement , the pollution prevention and the respect of the environmental balances of the areas where are situated our plants.
The periodical verification of the Customer satisfaction, and the consequent responsibility of the personnel appointed to the assistance, act new occasions of improvement respect to which the constant involvement, expressed in first person, of the Company Direction, determines the efficacy of this new management settlement.
The purpose of the Quality Policy is to obtain useful income which permits to D’Orsogna Dolciaria to act and maintain “live” the same expressed concepts of the “Quality Policy”.
