This family of biscuits is
based on a technology which
allows to compress the biscuit
structure and to obtain a
crunchy and compact structure.
Generally this type of
decorations, called “crunchies”,
has a low content of fats
and it is very versatile in its
composition for flavouring and
colouring.
This product granulated in
pieces gives the origin to very
little decorations starting
from
0.8 mm on or to extruded
product with spherical shape
for cones and ice creams
decorations.
In the same family there is also
the patented recipe to do the
extruded meringue. |
