The meringues are traditionally obtained by whipping the egg albumen and sugar.
The D’Orsogna Dolciaria meringues are available in a variety of colours and tastes, from the fruit to the hazelnut and others.
The classic drops from a diameter of 8-10 mm till 30mm and also granules very small or with bigger size characterized the available shapes.
D’Orsogna Dolciaria can offer also a special meringues made with egg free range or even a version egg free whipped with milk protein.
