D’Orsogna Dolciaria has got a caramellization dept. of the dry fruit to create little nougat granules, granules of caramelized sugar, hazelnuts and almonds nougatine.
The granules of Croccante (a type of nougat) are ideal for the decorations of nougats and ice creams because they give a peculiar crunchiness to all the products.
